Camp and Reset (“we”, “us”) is operated by SD Technologies. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do — and do not — do with it.
Information we collect
- Email address — to create your account and send campsite availability alerts.
- Mobile phone number — only if you choose to receive alerts by text, and only after you verify it.
- Your saved searches — the parks, dates and preferences you ask us to watch.
- Basic delivery records — whether a message was sent successfully, so we can troubleshoot.
We do not collect payment information. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
SMS / text messaging
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS delivery are used solely to send the alerts you requested. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing.
The only disclosure of your number is to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), strictly for the purpose of transmitting your messages to you. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive a text only when a campsite matching one of your saved searches becomes available, plus a one-time verification code when you add your number. Depending on your searches and on cancellation activity, this may be several messages per day or none at all. You control this by editing, pausing or deleting your watches.

Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@campandreset.com. You can also remove your number at any time under Settings, which turns off SMS alerts on all of your watches. Opting out of texts does not affect email alerts or your account.
How we use your information
Solely to operate the service: to run the searches you set up, to notify you when a matching site opens, and to contact you about your account. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Service providers
We use Twilio to deliver text messages and an email provider to deliver email. They process this data only to deliver messages on our behalf. Availability data is read from the Florida State Parks reservation system; we do not send them any personal information about you.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete individual watches at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@campandreset.com and we will remove it, including your phone number and alert history.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Verification codes are stored hashed. The site is served over HTTPS.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting SMS will be communicated before they take effect.
